Return & Refund Policy
ERGO SAFE INC. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to 30 days from date of invoice. Proof of purchase from Ergo Safe is required for all returns.
We will replace any ECL that has a craftsmanship defect if notified within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Process. If you need to return an item you can ship it back to Ergo Safe, or contact us directly. The easiest way is to call us directly at (844) 302-0000.
When returning a product, please do the following:
Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.
Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
Ship the package to: ESI Returns C/O SafTCart. 1322 Industrial Park Dr, Clarksdale, MS 38614.
Please prepay shipping – Ergo Safe does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.s).
